Q. What's the capital of Iceland?
A. About £4.50

I'll see your lame gag, and raise you two:

1) Quite ironic that Icesave's assets have all been frozen, isn't it...

2) Iceland's fatal mistake was to get involved with Kerry Katona; it should have been obvious to the management from day 1 that she was going to eat all of the stock.

Damn, Taf - I was going to make that frozen gag. Instead, I'll look over my glasses at you and point out pedantically that Iceland, contrary to popular opinion, is really quite a warm country and it is Greenland that is in fact icy. Ah ha ha.

Since that didn't work, I'll offer up another:

What's the difference between an Icelandic banker and a pigeon?

A pigeon can still put a deposit on a new BMW.

I second the second comment!
